UES Hardware – Shipping Policy
Effective 1 October 2026
This policy applies to Australian orders placed with UES Hardware. Freight charges may vary depending on the type of order, ordering method, shipment requirements, existing account arrangements and delivery location.
Business Customers
Freight Charges
A minimum freight charge of $40 + GST will apply to all orders.
Where the actual freight cost exceeds $40 + GST, the additional freight cost will apply based on the transport requirements of the shipment and the delivery location.
Orders with Multiple Shipments
For orders split across multiple shipments, the applicable freight charge will apply to the initial shipment and the first backorder shipment only. Any additional backorder shipments relating to the same order will be sent at no further freight charge.
Where practical, you may also choose to:
- Consolidate available and backordered goods into a single shipment; or
- Arrange delivery using your own nominated freight provider or carrier account.
Online Trade Orders
Trade account orders placed online through www.ues-hardware.com are charged $40 + GST freight per applicable shipment.
Other Business Freight Arrangements
Existing freight arrangements for Cash on Delivery (COD) accounts, approved Free Into Store (FIS) accounts and separately negotiated freight arrangements remain unchanged unless otherwise agreed with UES Hardware.
Guest & Registered Individual Customers
Australian guest and registered Individual customers ordering online at www.ues-hardware.com receive free standard shipping on eligible orders of $330 or more including GST.
Orders below $330 incur a $44 freight charge including GST.
Dispatch & Delivery
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 2 business days, subject to stock availability, payment or account approval and freight requirements.
Standard delivery is generally 7-10 business days within Australia. Regional, remote and specialist freight may take longer.
Tracking information is provided where available.
UES Hardware uses a network of freight providers, and the carrier used may vary depending on the size, weight, destination and transport requirements of the shipment.
Shipping Fees & Returns
Shipping charges are non-refundable once goods have been dispatched, except where required by law or where a refund is approved due to a UES Hardware error or accepted freight claim.

UES Hardware may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes to freight services, carrier requirements or business operations.
