Business customer shipping rates are calculated based on location, shipment size and weight. Read our complete Shipping Policy .

A $44 inc GST shipping charge is applicable to individual customer shipments, and orders over $330 inc GST.

Pick up, or click and collect, is available from any of our UES Hardware branch locations.

Customers can view their order history by logging into the Business Portal and selecting Order History from the Dashboard.

Customers can search previous orders, view individual line items, review delivery addresses and see who entered the order. Select carriers also offer real-time tracking links through shipping confirmation emails. Where available, tracking details are provided via email.

To make changes to an existing order, customers must contact our Customer Service team with their order number and details of the required changes prior to invoicing. Invoiced and shipped orders are subject to our returns policy.

Guest checkouts are available, but we encourage you to register for an online account, even as an individual customer.

Registering as an individual provides access to features including:

• Viewing your order history
• Updating your personal details

Business customers can access trade pricing and additional Business Portal features including:

• Access to trade pricing
• Viewing stock availability
• Creating draft orders
• Creating order templates
• Bulk importing orders
• Approving orders
• Viewing account statements online
• Managing trade account balances online

Individual Customers

Individual users can update their delivery address online anytime through their Dashboard.

Business Customers

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay both in branch and online.

Business customers with a credit account can pay their account balance via credit card or direct deposit in branch or online through the UES Hardware Business Portal.

Rewards+ is an offer available to customers registered with a business account. It offers logged-in customers 5% off every order placed online.
