  • Volume: 290ml
  • Consistency/Form: Stable paste for application with a caulking gun or cartridge.
  • Curing Mechanism: Moisture cure (cures on exposure to ambient humidity).
  • Typical Properties (cured):
  • Hardness: ~ 45–50 Shore A
  • Maximum Joint Movement Accommodation: ± 20% elastic movement
  • Temperature Resistance (cured): approx. –40 °C to +100 °C
  • Tensile/Adhesive Strength: ~ 3.6 MPa (~36 kg/cm² equivalent) under typical conditions
  • Surface Compatibility: Bonds to a wide variety of substrates - metals (steel, aluminium, stainless steel), composites, fibreglass, glass, wood, plastics, carbon fibre, glass-reinforced plastics, ceramics, and many more (subject to surface prep/primer where required).
  • Suitable Applications: Structural bonding, glazing, sealing, and waterproof joint work for marine, transport, construction, RV, and general industrial use - including areas exposed to vibration, UV/weather, and moisture.

  • Adhesive Type: Single-component MS-Polymer® adhesive-sealant (chemically neutral, solvent-free, acid-free)

  • Flexible, vibration-tolerant joint: With ±20% movement accommodation and elastic cured state, it absorbs dynamic loads and vibration without cracking or failure - ideal for marine, transport or mobile-equipment use.
  • Excellent adhesion across many materials: Offers reliable bonding to metals, composites, glass, wood, plastics and more - simplifies inventory by reducing need for multiple adhesives.
  • Weather- and UV-resistant, waterproof: Performs reliably in harsh environments (temperature extremes, moisture, outdoors), making it suitable for external, marine, and long-term exposure applications.
  • Safe, low-hazard chemistry & easy application: Solvent-free, isocyanate-free and non-corrosive, with easy cartridge application and good environmental profile,suitable for workshops, boats, vehicles and general-purpose bonding/sealing tasks.
